Nara Wakakusayama Twilight and Nightscape Bus
Everyday from August 5th to 14th, and Saturdays and Sundays between August 19th and 27th, 2023 *No reservation required
A special twilight and nightscape bus runs from the center of Nara City to the summit of Mt. Wakakusa! The bus takes you to the summit of Mt. Wakakusa, which offers panoramic sunset* and nightscape views of the city. As a side note, the night view of Mt. Wakakusa is registered as one of the New Three Major Night Views of Japan.
*Note: only on sunny days.
Round-trip Fares:
600 yen per adult, 300 yen per child
*Payable by cash or transportation IC cards

*Please kindly be informed that we may deny boarding passengers in the case of overcrowding.
*When it rains, the bus still operates, but you may not be able to see the sunset.
