The Nara City Tourism Association, a public interest incorporated association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”), collects personal information is used in accordance with this purpose, respecting and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to personal information, and the spirit thereof, and using personal information appropriately. We will handle personal information safely and strive to protect personal information.

For arranging and providing services regarding various travel products (hereinafter referred to as “plans”)

The association will not disclose or provide Personal Information to any third party without your consent, unless permitted or forced by law. In addition, when disclosing or providing information to a third party, we will ask the third party to be considerate in selecting the recipient, and to manage the information appropriately in accordance with the same laws and regulations as the association.

(1) If a person requests notification of the purpose of use of personal information, disclosure, correction, addition or deletion of content, suspension of use, erasure, suspension of provision to a third party, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “disclosure”), the Association shall take appropriate action. 10.Management system

The Association will adopt the following management system when handling personal information.

(1) All personal information will be managed appropriately to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc. due to unauthorized access, theft, removal, etc., and appropriate safety management measures such as necessary prevention and correction will be taken.

(2) When outsourcing work within the purpose of use based on personal information, a contract stipulating the handling of personal information will be concluded, and management and supervision will be conducted to ensure proper supervision.

(3) Inquiries regarding the handling of personal information such as disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc. by the person concerned will be accepted at any time and will be responded to appropriately. Additionally, we will establish a point of contact for receiving complaints regarding the handling of personal information, and will respond appropriately and promptly only when complaints are received. 

11.Maintenance and continuation of efforts for legal compliance

(1) The Association shall operate a corporation in accordance with Japan’s Act and all other related laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal information.

(2) The policies and systems(organization) for protecting personal information held by the Association will be continuously reviewed and improved in response to changes in the business content of the Association, related laws and regulations, and changes in the social environment.
