Tanjyou-ji temple
This temple is connected to Chujo Hime, who was born in Nara as the daughter of Fujiwara Toyonari, the Minister of the Right during the Nara period. There is a well in the precincts that is said to have been used for the birth bath of Princess Chujo. Please contact us in advance before visiting.
